At MyAstroDraws (myastrodraws.com), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
Who We Are
MyAstroDraws is operated by Artur Andrzej Plichta, trading as "La Sonrisa," an individual based in Spain ("we", "us", "MyAstroDraws"). For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the GDPR, we are the data controller of the personal information described below. 2. Information We Collect
We collect your first name, date of birth, time of birth (optional), place of birth, and email address. We use this information only to calculate and send you your personal number sequence and resonance note.
3. How We Use Your Information and Why
We process your information to:
Calculate and deliver your personal sequence and resonance note
Send you sign-up confirmation and cycle-related emails (e.g. a reminder before your data is deleted)
Where applicable, process your payment for a paid cycle
The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit your details through our sign-up form, and, where applicable, the performance of a contract regarding any paid options you purchase.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes, and we do not build a profile of you beyond what is needed to deliver a single cycle.
4. Data Retention
All information you submit is kept for one 7-day cycle, starting when you sign up. Shortly before the cycle ends, we send you a final email to let you know, and once it ends, your details — including your email address — are permanently deleted. Starting a new cycle requires submitting your details again.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party service providers to help run our website, communications, and (once live) payments:
• Brevo — used to securely store our contact list and automate email communications.
• Framer — used to host and render our landing page.
• Stripe — used to process payments when paid cycles are enabled. Stripe handles your payment details directly; we never store or process your payment card information directly.
These providers handle your data in accordance with their own privacy standards and applicable regulations, including the GDPR.
International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside of Spain or the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on valid legal safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework—to ensure your data receives protection equivalent to GDPR standards.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request the correction of inaccurate data
• Request the deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to our processing of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

You may also unsubscribe from our communications at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email sent by MyAstroDraws. If you believe your data protection rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).
Beta Phase
MyAstroDraws is currently operating in a beta phase. During this phase, the systems and providers handling your data are still being finalized, and we may contact beta participants for feedback on their experience. The data handling and retention practices described above apply during beta the same way they will once the service moves to its standard paid offering; this section will be removed once beta ends.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect project changes, updates to our service, or regulatory requirements. We will post any updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
