Welcome to MyAstroDraws (myastrodraws.com), operated by Artur Andrzej Plichta, trading as "La Sonrisa," based in Spain ("we", "us", "MyAstroDraws"). By accessing our website, signing up for a sequence, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Waitlist & Service Nature
MyAstroDraws generates a personalized number sequence and astrological "resonance note" based on the birth date, time, and place you provide. The service is designed for entertainment, strategic curiosity, and personal exploration only. It is not a prediction, guarantee, or professional advice of any kind (financial, medical, legal, or otherwise). We make no claim or guarantee that the numbers provided will improve odds in any game of chance, lottery, or financial outcome.
Current status: Beta MyAstroDraws is currently operating in a beta phase. During this phase:
• The service may be offered free of charge or at introductory pricing, and features, pricing, or delivery schedules may change.
• Calculations, email delivery, and account management may be processed manually or through evolving automated systems, and delivery times may vary slightly.
• We may contact beta participants to request optional feedback on their experience.
This beta clause applies only while the service is operating in beta. Once MyAstroDraws transitions to its standard paid offering, this clause will cease to apply and the remaining terms will govern the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By submitting your information or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Information We Collect and Retain
To generate your sequence, we collect the first name, birth date, birth time (if known), and birth place you submit. This data is used solely to calculate your personal sequence and resonance note, and to deliver it to you by email. 4. Purchases and Payments
Paid sequences are processed securely via Stripe through non-recurring, one-time payment options:
• 1 Cycle: A single sequence and resonance note for one 7-day cycle.
• 4x1 Package: A single upfront payment covering four consecutive 7-day cycles. You submit your birth details once and receive four separate sequence emails spaced 7 days apart.
No recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals are used. All fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Refunds and Cancellation Due to the custom and immediate nature of digital content delivery, purchases are non-refundable once a sequence has been generated and delivered to the email address provided. If you contact us before your sequence has been generated, we will gladly issue a full refund. For multi-week packages (e.g., 4x1), requests to cancel remaining, unfulfilled cycles prior to their generation date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining weeks.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, visual designs, algorithms, text, and concepts displayed on myastrodraws.com are the intellectual property of MyAstroDraws and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The website and sequence-delivery services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable systems, MyAstroDraws shall not be liable for temporary service disruptions, email delivery delays beyond our control, or decisions/outcomes resulting from your reliance on the entertainment content provided.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time to reflect service changes, the conclusion of the beta phase, or legal updates. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website following modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
